ArderiuGroup S.L. it is an industrial engineering consultancy that supports manufacturers and technical offices during periods of high workload or complex projects.
We work from our offices, remotely, or by integrating directly into your facilities depending on the project needs.
We were born to help companies to increase the capacity and productivity of their engineering team in a flexible way without increasing your fixed structure.
Our experience
We have developed automation solutions for surface finishing processes using robotic cells and CNC equipment, as well as assembly and testing lines for components in the automotive sector.
We have also designed process machinery for the chemical industry, integrating depalletizing systems, leak testing, dosing, weight verification, container closing, and automatic labeling.
In the pharmaceutical sector, we have worked on front-end machinery, developing systems for the automatic feeding and orientation of bulk bottles, as well as solutions for the automatic forming of cardboard cartons.
In addition, we have experience in the design of industrial manipulators for the paper industry, mechanical modifications of industrial vehicles, and the development of tooling to increase the versatility of existing machinery.

Where we work
We operate from our technical base at the Vallsolana Business Center in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona, Spain).
We work remotely from our offices or travel to the client’s facilities when the project requires it, integrating directly with their technical team.
